DIY miniature bear charm

I found the tutorial for this awhile back and kept saying I was gonna make it but never got round to it! But now I have made it and it was harder than it looked but I managed to make one and it took me about 3 hours.

It only took me so long because of the pattern pieces. The tutorial did not come with any measurements or pattern templates to print or copy, therefore It took me awhile a long time to estimate and measure out the lengths and sizes of each body part.

As you can see, my first attempt came out a bit out of proportion. I cut the legs the same size as the arms but that ended up to be a mistake and the legs came out too short in proportion to his body :s

But the rest of the tutorial was good and understanding. The little bear fits on the palm of my hand (smaller than my palm) and I'm really happy of how he turned out. I'll keep all these facts in mind next time I make another one so that it will turn out better :)

And here is the link to the tutorial I used to make this:

Felt breakfast set charm

Made a little miniature felt plush breakfast set! ^_^

They're all 3D plushies attached with ribbon so they can fit into the charm thingy thing thing..  A slice of toast, strip of bacon and an egg sunny side up! I was debating whether to add faces onto them or not.. But thought I'd keep it simple without faces. I really like miniature food and I make lots of miniature polymer clay food as well :P

So here it is, fits on the palm of my hand:

Kawaii kitty keychain

I made this kawaii kitty keychain by hand and entirely from felt!

I made my own pattern for this as the design of it was originally for a soft cat plush keychain, but I reversed it making the stitching outside.

This is the photo I found on google of the cat plushies which I took inspiration from:

And this is my final outcome which I made myself! A kawaii kitty plush * o *
Fits in my hand and I also attached a ribbon on its head so that I could use it as a keychain c:
Cute huh!

DIY Drifloon plush

Hi, so I made this Drifloon plushie from by hand with felt ^__^ it looks soooooo cute! I'm so proud of it because it looks adorable and I took my time on the stitching for a change and it looks nice and neat :D

The tutorial I used is here:

However I did make an adjustment which was making the yellow hearts 3D by stuffing them (this isn't included in the tutorial I used), I think this made the whole thing more 3D and gave it more shape :-)

So happy with it! Here's how it looks:

Comparison of size as it sits on my bear who is about 30cm tall. ^ u ^

DIY Aipom plushie

I made an Aipom (Pokemon) plushie by hand without a pattern or tutorial! It took around 9 hours to complete as it was difficult cutting all the patterns out the right size. I had the most trouble making his oval head and it needed a lot of adjusting once I sewed the head together =^=

Ah but in the end after an entire day of sewing, I think the outcome for it looks great! He fits right onto my hand ^____^

Materials I used to make him:
-Purple, skin colour, black & white felt
-Black embroidery thread
-White, purple & black thread
-A piece of wire

I haven't seen a tutorial or a pattern template for making an Aipom plush online.. But if anyone would like to know about how I made it then I'll be happy to draw out a pattern for you and give you some instructions for it as well :-)

I put a piece of wire in his tail so that it could bend into shapes and hang onto objects! I made Aipom hang from the light in my room as you can see below ^.^ had a lot of fun making him

Plushie making day ^.^

Ah well today Leanne, Yas, Leon and I planned to buy fabrics together and then go to Leon's house to make plushies together! But things changed slightly.. As Yas told us last minute that she couldn't come and then Leon's mother fell ill and we couldn't go to his house for awhile because she needed to rest!

So Leanne and I met in Romford and bought some coloured felt that we needed for our plushies we wanted to make ^ u ^ and we also went to sainsburys to buy chocolate for Leon's mum since we were guests round her home! We took the bus to Stratford and IT WAS SUCH A LONG BUS JOURNEY OMG. At Stratford, Leanne and I bought Subway for lunch -and it was delicious as subway is always delicious

^^^^^sitting outside Westfields eating and tanning (would love another subway right now).

Huhu after lunch we got the bus to Leon's house finally! And his house is quite small but cute! It's like old and vintage haha. But there was a problem with the bathroom door as it gets jammed from the inside and you'll get stuck in there, and yes Leanne got stuck in there haha; I managed to get the door open after awhile -3- anywho, after hours and hours, these were the plushies that I made! A pudding with cream and a smiling face! L from Death Note and a small paopu fruit :3
And Leanne made a little Kirby! Seeing as it was her first plushie she's ever made, it looked soooooo good!! Makes my plushies look crappy haha ; u ;

^^^^^ all the plushies we made whilst at Leon's house :v
Leon was supposed to make plushies with us! But he was too busy playing games with Sammy, silly boys!

Ah and then we didn't leave Leon's house until 7:30pm and it was chilly and the sun was setting and the train was taking long!! But the sunset was sooooo nice and pretty ^ o ^ I took a few photos of it because it just looked so beautiful and calming :-)
